Heres What You Need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
- 6 Months Related Experience Preferred
- 6 Months Customer Service Preferred
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required
Skills
- Ability to make independent decisions while maintaining tact maturity and a professional attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Ability to read write speak and understand the English language.
- Knowledge of Windows/PC helpful.
- Proactive problem solving; good interpersonal verbal and written communication skills; advanced computer skills; time management.
What You Will Do:
- Transports patientsby the appropriate method to and from all patient care areas.
- Deliver and pick uppatient care equipment supplies mail patient concierge services and other supporting items throughout the hospital.
- Maintain par levelsand cleans equipment in designated areas.
- Act as central dispatcherfor Mission Control department.
- Monitors systems:RTLS security cameras HUGS fire panel generator annunciator medical gas and other systems associated with patient and materials movement.
- Secures necessary maintenanceand repair of equipment and maintains adequate stock levels of supplies. May assist with inventory and ordering rental equipment furniture and/or supplies for Mission Control.
- Adheres toBody Substance Isolation Universal Precaution Policy.
- Willingly acceptsadditional duties and tasks assigned by leadership.
- Assists patientsin dressing appropriately for procedures.
- Deliver patient conciergeservices.
