Job Description
Were hiring Building Maintenance Staff at Stonetree Golf Club Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for service. Building Maintenance Staff will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through overall repair and facility maintenance grounds upkeep. Normally scheduled 2 to 3 hours a day to clean the facility clean bathrooms sweep mop vacuum dust and windows inside and out. And any other cleaning items that are deemed necessary at the time.
Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for service. Building Maintenance Staff will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through overall repair and facility maintenance grounds upkeep. Beginners are welcome while knowledge of maintenance is preferred previous experience is not required for the position.
Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
- Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas including but not limited to: electrical mechanical and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays sweeping walkways picking up litter and arranging outdoor furniture.
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays sweeping vacuuming dusting and arranging furniture.
- Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
- Regular and reliable attend
- Performs other duties as required.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job
Working Conditions
- Frequently stands walks and sits
- Regularly uses hands pushes pulls reaches with arms and hands talks and listens
- Occasionally climbs balances stoops kneels crawls crouches
- Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions near moving mechanical parts fumes or airborne particles
- Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate
