Job Description
Were looking for an exceptional ultrasound expert to help us shape the future of surgical device innovation. At TTP youll work on breakthrough technologies that improve clinical outcomes and surgical workflows from robotic-assisted surgery systems to intelligent instruments with embedded sensors.
In this role youll:
- Lead and contribute to technically ambitious commercially valuable projects
- Apply ultrasound technology across the innovation lifecycle from early feasibility and concept development to product launch
- Engage directly with clients to shape strategy build lasting partnerships and deliver high-impact outcomes
- Grow your presence in the surgical technology community and contribute to shaping industry direction.
Every project offers a chance to explore new scientific domains develop project leadership and client relationship skills and make a tangible impact on patients and clinicians alike.
About You
You thrive in a collaborative entrepreneurial environment and youre excited about leading multidisciplinary teams and growing client relationships.
You have deep expertise in ultrasound gained through a PhD/post doc or industrial experience with knowledge in all of the following areas and specialization in at least one:
- Transducer design and fabrication
- Ultrasound signal processing
- High speed electronics for ultrasound
- Image segmentation
- Regulatory considerations and metrology
You are:
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
- Intellectually curious and inventive
- Strategic able to see the bigger picture anticipate challenges and opportunities and stay focused
- A strong relationship-builder who listens attentively and engages thoughtfully
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable
- Motivated by the real-world application of science and technology
