Brookshire Hyundai is seeking a professional customer-focused Service Advisor to be the key link between our valued customers and our skilled service technicians. If youre passionate about cars great with people and ready to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment - we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do:-
Greet customers and guide them through the service process from drop-off to pick-up

Listen actively to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair descriptions for technicians

Provide accurate cost estimates verify warranties and explain service options

Schedule service appointments manage shop workflow and ensure on-time delivery

Review service recommendations and upsell maintenance and repair services when appropriate

Communicate clearly with customers about service updates timelines and pricing

Maintain detailed service records and process payments

Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
-
Experience in a dealership or independent automotive service environment preferred

Strong understanding of vehicle systems service processes and basic diagnostics

Excellent communication organizational and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment

Familiarity with DMS/service scheduling software is a plus

High school diploma required; associates degree or tech background is a plus
