Classification: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Shift: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Mon Fri
Compensation: DOE OT
Under general guidance youll support customer service and administrative functions to ensure accurate order processing customer satisfaction and timely billing.
2. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCall Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls; respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Order Confirmation: Contact customers to confirm shipment details and verify charges.
CRM Management: Enter and update orders; maintain data accuracy.
Billing Support: Close out orders generate and mail invoices.
Driver Coordination: Assist drivers with order instructions and paperwork.
Required:
HS diploma or GED.
1 year customer service or admin experience.
Proficient with CRM/order management systems.
Strong verbal communication and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience in logistics or freight industry.
Basic billing or invoice processing knowledge.
Office environment; frequent phone and computer use.
Occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs) and filing.
