Contract (7 14 Week Assignment)
Pay Rate: $78/hour (W2)
Overtime Rate: $117/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (No Weekends)
Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed
Location: Dunbar Center Dunbar WV 25064

Dunbar Center is urgently hiring a skilled and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for a high-paying short-term contract. This is an ideal opportunity for nurses with leadership experience as a DON ADON RN Supervisor or Unit Manager in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.

You will be responsible for managing nursing staff overseeing clinical operations and ensuring regulatory compliance across the facility.

• Lead daily clinical operations and supervise nursing staff (RNs LPNs CNAs)
• Ensure compliance with CMS DOH and state healthcare regulations
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and quality assurance initiatives
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Manage audits infection control and performance evaluations
• Communicate with residents families and interdisciplinary teams
• Address clinical emergencies and resolve care concerns effectively

• Active and unrestricted RN license (WV or Compact)
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• COVID-19 Vaccination Card or valid exemption
• Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a leadership role (DON ADON RN Supervisor)
• Strong communication leadership and clinical management skills

• Pay Rate: $78/hour (W2)
• Overtime Rate: $117/hour
• 40 hours/week guaranteed
• Monday to Friday No weekends
