Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience:
* Bachelors degree in related field plus 3 years of experience in Product Management/Delivery (ex: product analyst user researcher product owner etc.) or 5 years of equivalent Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience:
*Experience determining Product Market fit and defining a Go-to-Market strategy
*Demonstrate familiarity with Agile Product Management tools

*Relevant certifications in Product Management/Product Delivery field

- Name of the Team/Product: Shopping Retail Team Anything to do in the booking application also in charge of the support of the mobile booking app. There are 2 teams in this product: Searching Team and Book Team (This demand is for this team).
- The position is for Dallas HQ.
o Team is split in Dallas and Phoenix.
o No travel is needed.
o The only ask is that the person is flexible of the work hours to be able to work with Phoenix (due to the time difference).
o 3 days at office. Tuesday is a required day at the office.
Role Requirement Specifics.
1. Client is looking for a Product Owner.
2. Due to the marketplace rate manager is okay with candidates that have 2-3 years of experience as PO.
3. Must required Skills:
a. Product Owner Experience
b. Agile Methodologies
c. Able to manage data tools
d. Experience with workflow management tool. (Rally ADO etc.)
e. Excellence and effective communication skills.
Clarifications from the AA manager
- Manage does not want to get profiles of developers applying for a Product Owner Position. Technical background is good as the role as product owner requires technical conversations and understanding of the product architecture and others.
- Tasks or daily routine work: Meeting intense role (Technical and business meetings) Manage priorities Articulate user stories presentations to management
- Interviews will be on site. There will 2 interviews at least 1 will be onsite.
