Fortworth TX
Hybrid
6 Months contract Extendable
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience:
* Bachelors degree in related field plus 3 years of experience in Product Management/Delivery (ex: product analyst user researcher product owner etc.) or 5 years of equivalent Product Management experience

*Experience determining Product Market fit and defining a Go-to-Market strategy
*Demonstrate familiarity with Agile Product Management tools

Skills Licenses & Certifications:
*Relevant certifications in Product Management/Product Delivery field
*Has strong knowledge/expertise of product domain including the business model constraints regulations user experience etc.

* Contributes to the cocreation of Product Vision and Product Strategy tied to Portfolio goals
* Utilizes technical knowledge such as A/B testing product architecture querying languages tools supporting automation/metrics and other technologies in support of products/services owned
*Communicates regularly on OKRs product roadmap planned development upcoming releases and areas requiring leaderships attention
* Coordinates with other Product team members to manage product dependencies and increments of value
* Performs continuous product discovery and offers valuable solutions that align to Product OKRs
*Understands the budgetary implications related organizational constraints in factoring areas of focus
*Uses data to define baselines measure outcomes share insights order backlog items etc.
*Conducts competitive benchmarking presents new technologies/solutions identifies unment/underserved need
*Defines and maintains a healthy backlog operating consistently in adopting organizational standards and presents the backlog items with squads and external team members
*Seeks input from product process and technology areas and balances time-sensitive improvements needed for maintaining both technical and product health
*Collaborates with various internal team members (i.e. UX Technology Vendors Risk Compliance Security)
*Influences leaders squads and peers on product strategy roadmap items OKRs and upcoming releases
*Practices agility in discovering and delivering value continuously

Client SpotLight Call Notes - 01AUG:
- AA Manager Richard Grantvedt
- Name of the Team/Product: Shopping Retail Team Anything to do in the booking application also in charge of the support of the mobile booking app. There are 2 teams in this product: Searching Team and Book Team (This demand is for this team).
- The position is for Dallas HQ.
o Team is split in Dallas and Phoenix.
o No travel is needed.
o The only ask is that the person is flexible of the work hours to be able to work with Phoenix (due to the time difference).
o 3 days at office. Tuesday is a required day at the office.
Role Requirement Specifics.
1. Client is looking for a Product Owner.
2. Due to the marketplace rate manager is okay with candidates that have 2-3 years of experience as PO.
3. Must required Skills:
a. Product Owner Experience
b. Agile Methodologies
c. Able to manage data tools
d. Experience with workflow management tool. (Rally ADO etc.)
e. Excellence and effective communication skills.

- Interviews will be on site. There will 2 interviews at least 1 will be onsite.
- Position is funded until Dec 31st 2025 No approval yet to extend to 2026.
- Manage does not want to get profiles of developers applying for a Product Owner Position. Technical background is good as the role as product owner requires technical conversations and understanding of the product architecture and others.
