Role : Data Analytics Specialist
Duration 6 Months

REQUIREMENTS:
*3 years experience analyzing and manipulating data
*Bachelors degree in a Scientific computer science or Allied Health field
*Pharma/Biotech/Health industry (GxP) experience required
*Very strong Python scripting coding and troubleshooting experience
*Strong Power BI Smartsheet AWS Excel experience
*Must have extensive experience creating and maintaining complex dashboards with data from various multiple sources
*Extensive experience developing and generating Metrics KPIS Dashboards and Ad Hoc Reports
*Veeva & Snowflake experience a big plus
*Automation and integration experience
*Stakeholder relationship experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Lead automation and integration of CDMO data sources building pipelines data mappings and validation processes to ensure upstream data integrity and audit readiness.
*Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track batch disposition deviation trends closure timelines and QMS performance.
Improve reporting efficiency by 75% through Python- and AWS-based automation for data transformation cleaning and aggregation.
Implement structured data pipelines across systems including Smartsheet Veeva QMS and Power BI enabling real-time operational reporting.
Create a custom internal application using Microsoft Graph API and Azure App Registration to automate file uploads organize documentation andenable dynamic permissions for stakeholder access.
Coordinate investigate and resolve data discrepancies ensuring consistent and reliable reporting inputs.
Conduct data validation and quality checks to support audit documentation and internal reporting accuracy.
