Developing and implementing the shop-in-shop strategy in alignment with the overall company and brand objectives.
Operational Management:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop-in-shop locations.
Ensuring brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines are met within the designated space.
Managing inventory levels stock replenishment and product displays.
Sales and Performance:
Setting sales targets and monitoring performance to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Analyzing sales data market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies and enhance product offerings.
Team Leadership and Development:
Recruiting training and supervising staff dedicated to the shop-in-shop area.
Motivating and empowering the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
Fostering a positive work environment and ensuring staff compliance with company policies.
Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the host retailers management team and staff.
Addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain a positive working partnership.
