Job Description
Role: Salesforce Architect
Location: Santa Clara CA or San Francisco CA (Hybrid)
ONLY W2 (No H1B/F1)
Contract description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to all technical aspects of Salesforce implementation projects.
- Oversee the design configuration development and deployment of Salesforce system features to meet business requirements.
- Conduct technical analysis to provide optimal design solutions leveraging out-of-the-box (OOB) capabilities with minimal customizations.
- Ensure the project implementation team meets agreed business and non-functional requirements by coordinating closely with both onshore and offshore teams.
- Develop Salesforce administration work practices and user guides to maintain and support applications post go-live.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of direct experience in software design and systems management using Salesforce with a focus on designing integration solutions.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud; knowledge of Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical team leadership demonstrating both functional and technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proven ability to learn quickly; experience in Salesforce Service Cloud is advantageous.
