Job Title: Team Lead – Personal Loan
Industry: Banking & Financial Services
Location: Hyderabad
CTC : Upto 4.5 LPA
Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in Personal Loan Sales 1 year in team Handling
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead to manage and drive Personal Loan sales through the open market. The ideal candidate must have proven team handling experience and a strong track record in retail unsecured loan sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead train and motivate a team of Sales Officers to achieve business targets.
Drive personal loan sales through open market sourcing DSA and channel partners.
Monitor and improve team productivity through regular reviews and field visits.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Ensure compliance with bank policies KYC norms and regulatory requirements.
Track market trends and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 3–5 years in personal loan sales with minimum 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
Channel: Strong exposure to open market sourcing
Education: Graduate (MBA preferred).
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
