Job Description


Design end-to-end architecture and integration strategies for Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations.

Lead requirements gathering solution design configuration and development efforts focused on field service processes.

Configure and customize FSL features such as work orders service appointments crews territories skills operating hours and scheduling policies.

Collaborate with business teams to understand operational challenges and convert them into scalable secure Salesforce solutions.

Define best practices around data modeling integration (REST/SOAP APIs) security and performance within the Salesforce platform.

Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce architectural principles.

Create technical documentation including data flow diagrams architecture blueprints and deployment plans.

Support user training testing (UAT) and go-live activities for FSL rollouts.

Stay current on Salesforce and FSL product updates and recommend enhancements for long-term system scalability and stability.
