Job Title: Senior System Analyst / Technical Product Manager
Location: Phoenix AZ / Charlotte NC / Dallas TX / Remote
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior System Analyst / Technical Product Manager to support data analysis system optimization and business requirements management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into functional system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis:
Collect compile and analyze data to ensure accuracy and identify operational efficiencies. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. - System Support & Enhancement:
Provide daily technical support for systems ensuring smooth operation and a positive end-user experience. Collaborate on system improvements and implement enhancements as needed. - Requirements Gathering:
Identify document and communicate system requirements using specifications reports and project plans. Monitor system compliance and performance. - Reporting & Insights:
Develop and deliver reports derived from data analysis system testing and user feedback. Identify trends discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in system analysis data analytics or product management
- Strong understanding of technical systems and business process improvement
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
