As we expand across India we are looking for passionate Territory Heads to establish and lead our sales network in their respective regions.
Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager you will focus on expanding Solnce Energys market presence in your assigned region. This role demands proactive sales efforts relationship-building expertise and a results-oriented approach to achieve business goals.
Compensation Package:
Basic Salary: 420000 per annum
Share Incentive: 100000
Performance Incentive: 580000
Travel Allowance: 400000
Total Annual Compensation:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion:
o Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive regional growth.
o Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Engage with potential customers delivering tailored solar solutions to meet their needs.
o Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
3. Sales :
o Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing strategic plans and driving customer acquisition.
o Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to ensure conversion and satisfaction.
4. Market Insights:
o Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and customer needs in the solar energy sector.
o Provide feedback to the management team for product and service enhancements.
5. Collaboration:
o Work closely with the regional sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations.
o Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in the region.
6. Travel & Area Coverage:
o Travel within the assigned region to meet clients attend events and oversee business activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
2 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
