Job Description
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Group Marketing Team based on the ground in Perth. This role is key to helping Crown Resorts connect our new campaigns with our valued guests. The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering effective creative solutions for all the Crown Resorts brands.

Reporting into the Head Designer your role would include but not be limited to;
- Manage creative projects from start to finish ensuring quality timely delivery and clear communication with teams and stakeholders.
- Create accurate high-quality artwork across media channels ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with production and brand teams.
- Support creative operations by managing workflow systems maintaining brand consistency communicating clearly with stakeholders and fostering a positive high-performing team environment.
- Ensure high-quality brand-aligned design output by managing workflow staying current with industry trends and maintaining clear communication with design and production teams
- Proactively manage and liaise with different stakeholders (internal and external) to drive design projects forward
About You
To be successful in this role you will be a passionate creative graphic designer with the ability to deliver high quality work on time. This role would suit someone who has exposure to the fast paced nature of agency work or FMCG/retail environment.
You will also bring the following;
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality creative work.
- Excellent communicator able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Skilled in managing workflows and timelines ensuring projects are delivered on time and within brand guidelines.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and technology bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Bridge and Acrobat & latest Creative Cloud software)
- Reliable and organised with a strong understanding of production processes and systems
- Graphic Design degree or qualifications
