Job Description

This role will be based out of Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

At LinkedIn our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimised for culture connection clarity and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for a Contract Specialist who will be responsible to enable and support the Sales Teams and directly contribute towards growth of the business. The incumbent will be working closely with the Relationship Specialist team and lead customer sessions Training and Onboarding and helping them with insights etc.  

Renewal Specialist team APAC handles close to 650 accounts PAN INDIA. 40% of our customers require assistance to increase product adoption to drive the high ROI.  

You will be required to identify customer accounts which require immediate attention connect with the program managers and proactively offer training and support. Help new customers onboard and experience a smooth start and increase product adoption.

Responsibilities: 

  • Helping new customers with Onboarding and existing customers with Adoption training and refresher sessions close to 300 net new per annum 
  • Based on Health Score Referred by RM or Scaled Tools weekly outreach to improve Unhealthy to Healthy Accounts additional 100 impacted accounts 
  • Conducting regular training and refresher sessions with existing customers to increase adoption 
  • Engaging RS Team customers with Insights Customer Success Stories Build industry wise narratives to help position the product 
  • Educating customers to join LinkedIn Community and leveraging the online learning materials 
  • Conducting Webinars In Person Events Scaled Events to improve product adoption 

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 2 yearsof experience insales or sales support roles 
  • Relevant experience in Customer Success Management onboarding and conducting training 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Experience in a software SaaS or startup environment 
  • Experience managing high volume of customers providing 1:Many or 1:1 trainings 
  • Experience in problem solving customer issues and displaying customer centric ideology 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint) 
  • Excellent communication and project time and customer management skill
