Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Senior AI Engineer in Netcompany
Joining us as a Senior AI Engineer you will play a critical role in designing developing and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. Youll drive technical innovation mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams to deliver production-grade scalable systems in diverse business domains.
As a Senior AI Engineer you will:
- Leading the design development and deployment of Machine Learning and GenAI solutions in production environments.
- Guiding the implementation of advanced NLP Computer Vision and predictive modeling use cases.
- Driving prompt engineering and fine-tuning efforts for Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Mentoring and supporting junior AI engineers and data scientists in best practices.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders across product engineering and data teams to translate business needs into impactful AI solutions.
- Contributing to the development of MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
- Staying ahead of AI trends and tools ensuring we leverage the latest research and technologies.
- Ensuring scalability performance and reliability of deployed AI systems through robust testing and monitoring strategies.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI Data Science Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of building and deploying ML/AI models at scale.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python ML libraries (e.g. Scikit-learn PyTorch TensorFlow) and GenAI frameworks.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing production-ready solutions using cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Experience with RAG systems LLM fine-tuning vector databases and embedding models.
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles and familiarity with tools like MLflow Kubeflow or SageMaker.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive mindset and passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
