Showroom & PR Coordinator in Amsterdam (m/f/d)

WHAT YOULL DO 
As Showroom & PR Coordinator you will build and nurture relationships with media and fashion insiders including influencers celebrities and stylists to elevate H&Ms media presence and establish a fashion-forward local community. You monitor trends and competitor activities adapting insights to enhance daily showroom operations. You drive customer value brand strength and fashion perception by supporting the Fashion PR Lead in executing strategic PR initiatives and showroom management. Youll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals maintaining a strong balance between product focus and brand storytelling all while driving omni-channel performance with a customer-first mindset

You will: 

• Manage garment send-outs and sample administration ensure the showroom is always updated with the latest collections and track editorial coverage to secure effective product placement
• Create engaging seasonal showroom set-ups and be a host maintaining a fashion-forward welcoming space for stylists editors and celebrities.
• Support the Fashion PR Lead with PR initiatives and showroom management balancing product focus with brand storytelling to strengthen brand perception. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with editors stylists and influencers; manage media requests and support influencer fittings seeding and gifting campaigns. 
• Help plan and execute showroom events press previews and collection launches in close coordination with the Fashion PR Leads. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure PR and showroom activities directly support omni-channel sales performance and contribute to overall business goals. 

WHO YOULL WORK WITH 
The Communications & PR function drives brand presence and customer engagement through integrated storytelling and showroom experiences. By building strong relationships with media influencers and fashion insiders we deliver a seamless brand message. 

As part of the team youll collaborate with internal and external partnersincluding other showroom coordinators influencer specialists and Fashion and Influencer PR leadsto execute local strategies and ensure a consistent brand experience. 

WHO YOU ARE 
We are looking for people with... 

• A formal education in Communication and/or Marketing (preferred).
• Strong expertise in community and relationship building with fashion insiders (ambassadors media VIPs influencers).
• A solid fashion background with industry knowledge and a passion for trends.
• Experience in editorial fashion or PR with showroom experience as a plus.
• Proven experience in project coordination and professional network building.
• A deep understanding of synergies between owned paid and earned media.
• Communication skills including fluent written and spoken English
