Food and Beverage Attendant Part Time
WRAP on Southbank Melbourne
Hourly rates (excluding super):
Monday Friday: $24.95
Saturday: $31.19
Sunday: $37.43
At WRAP on Southbank we create experiences that stay with our guests long after they leave. As a Food and Beverage Attendant youll be a key part of delivering warm professional service whether its a morning coffee an la carte breakfast or assisting with room service. Your energy efficiency and friendly nature will help set the tone for each guests day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests warmly and deliver exceptional food and beverage service.
- Take accurate orders and serve food and drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist with setup pack down and general operations of the restaurant or room service.
- Follow all hygiene safety and service standards.
- Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally.
Qualifications :
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (food & beverage experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- A passion for delivering genuine high-quality service.
- Good attention to detail and a professional polished presentation.
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
- Availability to work a rotating roster including early mornings weekends and public holidays.
