Job Description
Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Vacaville California
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (6-9 months with potential for extension)
Pay Range: $88.86 - $90.86 per hour
Position Overview
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive behavioral health services in a secure clinical environment located in Vacaville CA. This full-time contract offers a competitive hourly rate weekly pay and the possibility of transitioning into a permanent state role with exceptional benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as clinician-of-the-day during scheduled shifts to manage emergency patient needs
- Conduct patient interviews and psychosocial assessments
- Identify actual and potential diagnoses and formulate individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing advanced clinical skills
- Maintain accurate thorough and timely documentation
- Respond to patient calls and coordinate appropriate follow-up care and referrals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians psychiatrists and specialists
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 12 continuous months of direct patient care within the last 3 years
- Licensure: Active California LCSW license (hard copy required)
- Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Identification: Valid photo ID Drivers License or Passport
