You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Director of Enterprise Security oversees the development and execution of strategies to protect the organizations people facilities and assets. This role manages physical security operations crisis response and compliance with safety regulations across all locations. The position requires strong leadership risk management expertise and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a secure and resilient enterprise.
Oversee the implementation and performance as required but not limited to OSHA FEMA and Weather agreements; evaluate modify and implement all aspects of the program including but not limited to self-inspections accident investigation processes job safety analysis ergonomics teams and pre-use analysis of new equipment.
Reporting directly to the VP of Enterprise Security. The position will directly manage the enterprise security emergency management general services and crisis management to drive new initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Develop and drive enterprise security principles including but not limited to access control camera coverages mass communication incident response preventative and response programs technology integrations contracts and deliverables.
Lead security functions and assure security functions are strategically aligned with each other to include regional operations.
Oversee roadmaps for security emergency management and crisis management programs and tools such as integrated security system programs (i.e access control intelligence) incident reporting systems event and escalation protocols mass communication tools and other day to day operations.
Standardize and execute company-wide programs and best practices in facilities management including but not limited to water treatment procedures and ongoing maintenance standards.
Monitor operational activities to assure that requirements are fulfilled with best practices and cost effectiveness.
Develop implement and maintain key performance indicators and compare against industry benchmarks.
Threat management and responsible to collect intelligence and assessments as necessary.
Provide guidance to property and/or regional leaders in the areas of Security Safety and Facilities to ensure consistent programs across the Company.
Evaluate and improve hazard prevention and control procedures including but not limited to hazard abatement occupational health care preventative maintenance and emergency procedures.
Ensure identification of workplace safety and health hazards and ongoing training of employees in accordance with including but not limited to OSHA and FEMA standards.
Communicate with each property General Manager to ensure safety program meets including but not limited to OSHA and company requirements.
Ensure full development and maintenance of corporate and property-level safety and security programs.
Oversee programs to effectively monitor the safe conduct of vendors contactors and other individuals performing work at Company properties or facilities.
Engage in worksite safety analysis as recommended by OSHA and others.
Direct and manage background and compliance team for security processes and procedures.
Ensure accurate complete and timely auditing and reporting regarding all aspects of the safety program in accordance with OSHA requirements.
Coordinate and approve ERP and crisis management activities.
Prepare security and emergency reports.
Propose altercation of emergency and security response procedures based on regulatory changes technological changes and or knowledge gained from outcomes.
Attend meetings conferences and workshops related to but not limited to security risk safety incident and emergency management.
Design and administer security risk and emergency training courses that teach people/staff how to effectively respond but not limited to emergencies and disaster.
Technology skills for systems internal and external requirements.
Making decision and solving problems via analyzing information and evaluating to choose best solution and solve problems.
Direct and manage team members to include guiding directing and motivating to include performance standards and monitoring performance.
Closely work with regional security and emergency management teams assuring security programs are realistic practical and effective for execution.
Work closely with other functions and become subject matter expert on physical security and related fields with demonstrated expertise in security risk emergency management human trafficking workplace violence mass and crisis communication and policy development.

Qualifications :
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Bachelors degree in a related discipline preferred.
Seven (7) years of experience in safety profession at the manager or director level required.
Gaming industry experience preferred.
Certifications required but not limited to: OSHA 500 and 501 Current Nevada Gaming Registration and current Health Card
Travel to other properties required both local and out of state
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Must have excellent and written communication skills.
Must be highly organized.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
