We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Housing Supervisor to join our team in Umluj Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of property management.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of property management staff including maintenance workers leasing agents and administrative personnel
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient property operations and compliance with local housing regulations
- Manage tenant relationships addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a professional and timely manner
- Oversee property maintenance and repair schedules ensuring all work is completed to high standards
- Prepare and manage budgets for property operations maintenance and improvements
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with leasing agents to develop effective marketing strategies and maintain high occupancy rates
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting including rent collection and expense tracking
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for various property services
- Stay up-to-date with local housing laws and regulations implementing changes as necessary
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Property Management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Proven supervisory experience in managing teams effectively
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting
- Excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of local housing regulations and tenant rights in Saudi Arabia
- Familiarity with maintenance and repair procedures for residential properties
- Understanding of lease agreements and rental policies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Property Management certification preferred
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly desirable
