Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Field Market Researcher & Beauty Sector Analyst to join our team in Jdeideh this role you will conduct in-depth market research and analysis within the beauty sector providing valuable insights to drive our business strategies.
- Conduct field visits to pharmacies beauty stores and skincare clinics in Jdeideh and surrounding areas
- Analyze competitors product placements pricing strategies and promotional activities
- Interview pharmacists beauty advisors and target consumers to gather qualitative data
- Document field findings including photographs and detailed observations
- Prepare comprehensive professional reports with actionable recommendations
- Identify and track emerging trends in the beauty and skincare industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and inform marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts
- Contribute to the development of research methodologies and data collection tools
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Market Research or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in beauty or skincare marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel PowerPoint SPSS)
- In-depth knowledge of beauty industry trends and market dynamics
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct effective interviews and build relationships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and travel locally as required
- Familiarity with the Lebanese beauty market is a plus

This is a field-based part-time project with potential for future collaboration on long-term roles in marketing or sales.
Applicants must be physically present in Lebanon and available to conduct in-person market visits.
