Job Description
Were on the lookout for a Goods Receiver to keep our hotel stocked up and running smoothly.
What youll do
- Collaborate with all hotel departments to manage incoming goods efficiently coordinating deliveries with kitchen and service teams.
- Make sure all deliveries match the purchase orders and hotel standards checking for damages and organizing stock for distribution to different departments refusing acceptance of damaged unacceptable or incorrect items.
- Maintain records of all deliveries received and sent including food temperature logs for items like meat fish and dairy.
- Keep the loading bay clean safe and secure and follow food safety and handling rules in all food-related areas.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address any issues related to deliveries.
Qualifications :

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Adaco is desirable.
