NOW HIRING a maintenance technician:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and construction duties with a minimum level of supervision. The role will make regular repairs to buildings and equipment to ensure that all maintenance duties are completed by the work order deadlines.

What will I do
- Collaborate with the Management Supervisor and Property Manager to maintain the physical condition of the property according to company operating and safety standards including work orders make-readies and grounds upkeep.
- Diagnose standard maintenance problems and determine how to correct them according to schedule.
- Ensure that service requests and repairs are performed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Assist the Management Supervisor with organizing and prioritizing service requests make-readies and general maintenance tasks.
- Support the Management Supervisor in overseeing make-ready operations ensuring vacant units are rent-ready and complying with maintenance budgetary guidelines.
- Aid in scheduling maintenance work tasks supervising outside contractors and more!
Position requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a maintenance role is required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license is required.
- A Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued HVAC certifications are preferred.
