Job Description

The Audio Algorithms team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineering manager to advance spatial audio coding formats and professional workflows. As a key leader on the algorithms team you will set and drive technology roadmaps collaborate with other organizations to lead complex cross-functional projects advance features from proof of concept to shipping solution and motivate and develop a talented group of individual contributors and managers on your team.

Established industry experience leading audio focused research and development teams
Proven track record of developing research from initial concept to shipping customer facing solution
Demonstrated ability to initiate and drive large cross-functional projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills
10 years experience in engineering management
MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
