To strengthen our development team located in Lingen (Ems) or Osnabrck offering flexible working hours and the option for partial home office we are looking for a
Software Architect (all genders welcome) for cloud based AI enriched solutions in the field of Upstream Optimization
Upstream optimization an innovative division of the Rosenxt Group with the focus on developing advanced technologies for the optimization of energy production. Our state-of-the-art flow measurement device is a clamp-on non-intrusive system gathering extensive real-time operational process data. To evaluate this data we develop cloud-based software solutions that utilize classic signal processing algorithms and artificial intelligence (AI). In our interdisciplinary agile and autonomous teams we foster innovations and customer value.
What you can expect
Design scalable and secure cloud solutions on Azure to support data collection and processing
Understand business and application needs to identify key architectural drivers
Streamline machine learning workflows and model deployments through MLOps methodologies
Work closely with data scientists developers and stakeholders to align infrastructure with project objectives
Develop comprehensive solutions considering organizational constraints
Engage with multiple teams to maintain up-to-date architecture and establish guiding principles
Lead architectural expansions and ensure cohesive development across teams and projects
Continuously evaluate and enhance system efficiency scalability and cost-effectiveness
Rapidly diagnose and resolve infrastructure-related issues
Maintain clear detailed documentation of architectures configurations and operational procedures

End-to-End Architecture: Proven capability to architect comprehensive solutions from sensor data acquisition to customer insights delivery
Azure Expertise: Extensive experience with Azure Cloud services (compute storage networking security)
Azure DevOps: Proficient in managing repositories CI/CD pipelines and project tracking with Azure DevOps
MLOps Knowledge: Familiarity with MLOps practices for efficient deployment and monitoring of machine learning models
Infrastructure as Code: Experience using IaC tools (Terraform Ansible) for automated infrastructure deployments
Data Pipeline Design: Ability to design and implement robust pipelines for sensor data collection and processing
Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python PowerShell or Bash
Security & Compliance: Knowledge of best practices in securing cloud environments and ensuring regulatory compliance
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus) to collaborate effectively within teams.
