How you will make contributions that matter
Were looking for a dedicated Credit Representative to join AG Warehouse in ourshared services Finance teamat ourHead Office in Freshwater Place Southbank. Youll play a key role in our credit and collections functions helping maintain strong relationships with our store managers and customer base primarily farmers.
- Responding to customer queries about invoices via phone and email
- Building rapport with customers while following up on payments
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support collections activity
- Documenting collections activity and follow-ups
- Conducting credit risk assessments and enforcing credit policies
- Supporting sales teams to enable effective transactions
- Preparing reports on debtor performance and bad debts
Ideally You Will Have
- An accounting background or similar qualification/experience
- Previous experience in Credit Collections or Accounts Receivable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Experience in SAP or Pronto is desirable
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work independently
- Understanding of the agricultural sector or rural communities is a plus
