Joining our IDP Design Track offers the chance to create innovative solutions and collaborate with UX professionals with development through training and mentorship. Locations include Chicago New York Metro and Palo Alto.
As a Full-Time Analyst in the Commercial and Investment Bank Innovation Development Program - Design you will gain hands-on design experience through immersive training real-world projects and mentorship. You will rotate through two 12-month design team assignments within the Commercial and Investment Bank contributing to the complete user-centered design process. Your work will directly influence global financial services tools and platforms while being part of a collaborative design community in a respected firm. Help to shape the future of our digital products and services using your knowledge of design while you learn and develop within a collaborative and inclusive workplace
Job responsibilities
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
Foundational communication and presentation skills including articulating the rationale behind design decisions
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
Experience with survey and interview-based design research with a focus on deriving insights to inform user experience design decisions
