Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking skilled and experienced Senior Automotive Technicians
to join a well-established and dynamic automobile service provider. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in passenger vehicle repairs diagnostics and technical support looking to advance their careers in a professional and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics repairs and maintenance on passenger vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
- Use technical manuals and special tools for troubleshooting and fault detection.
- Ensure accurate preparation of cost estimates and assist in finalizing jobs.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards in the workshop.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4-year full-time diploma in Automobile Engineering from institutions such as AETI / CGTTI or equivalent.
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in passenger car repair from a reputed automotive agent.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in reading service manuals and using diagnostic/special tools.
- Experience in using MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of job estimation and finalization processes.
- Age between 25-30 years.
