Job Description

Client Relationship Manager

Location: Glasgow-based with flexibility
Salary: 33000 base 10000 average (uncapped commission)
Type: Full-time
Focus: Managing and growing existing client relationships

This is a client-facing role where the focus is on looking after existing accounts and helping them get even more value from the service. It suits someone who builds strong relationships and can spot new opportunities without being pushy. The clients are already bought in now they need someone to keep things running smoothly and grow the partnership over time.

What the role involves:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients

  • Winning new business

  • Acting as their main point of contact

  • Spotting upsell opportunities and helping accounts grow

  • Solving problems and coordinating with internal teams

  • Staying organised and keeping clients happy

What theyre looking for:

  • Experience in account management or customer success

  • Great communication and people skills

  • Commercial mindset knows when to push and when to hold back

  • Organised and able to manage several accounts at once
