At Repair Masters we help get rental homes ready for new tenants. As a Property Inspector youll play a vital role in ensuring homes are safe clean and fully move-in ready.

What Youll Do:

Conduct property inspections before and after tenant move-out

Document unit conditions required repairs and readiness status
-
Coordinate with vendors maintenance staff and cleaners for turnover tasks

Take clear high-quality photos for documentation and marketing purposes

Create and update turnover checklists and inspection reports
-
Ensure all units are 100% move-in ready by the scheduled deadline

Communicate regularly with property managers and office staff
Who Were Looking For:

Previous experience in property inspection property management or residential maintenance is required

Highly detail-oriented and organized
-
Strong time management and communication skills
-
Basic knowledge of home systems (plumbing HVAC electrical etc.)

Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check and drug test

Job Details:

Full-Time: 40 hours/week
-
Pay: $15 $22 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday flexible 8 10 or 12-hour shifts
