The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality strong leadership skills and a proven track record of coordinating events of all sizes from corporate functions to private gatherings. You will be responsible for planning executing and overseeing catering services while ensuring the highest standards of food quality customer satisfaction and profitability.
Plan and manage catering operations from start to finish for a variety of events.
Liaise with clients to understand their catering needs preferences and budgets.
Design customized menus in collaboration with chefs and kitchen staff.
Supervise food preparation presentation and delivery to ensure quality standards.
Coordinate with suppliers vendors and event staff to ensure seamless execution.
Manage catering staff schedules training and performance evaluations.
Monitor inventory control costs and ensure profitability of catering services.
Handle on-site event coordination ensuring excellent customer service and issue resolution.
Maintain compliance with health safety and sanitation standards.
Prepare post-event reports and analyze performance to improve future services.
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Culinary Arts or a related field.
Minimum 35 years of experience in catering management or hospitality services.
Strong knowledge of food service operations and event planning.
Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in catering software and MS Office Suite.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
