The Tradeshow Event Specialist will play a crucial role in the larger efforts of the Marketing Communications department by leading collaboration in the strategic direction planning executing and optimizing national and regional tradeshows that showcase Huber Engineered Woods innovative building material solutions and industry-leading brands. This role drives high-impact brand-aligned experiences through hands-on demonstrations thought-leadership content and strategic collaboration with sales marketing and agency partners. With a focus on logistics storytelling lead generation and post-event engagement the Tradeshow Event Specialist plays a key role in elevating HEWs brand activation and presence maintaining brand messaging consistency at events strengthening customer relationships and delivering measurable results.
Success in this role requires the ability to:
Collaborate in strategy development to position our brands as the leader in the industry while communicating our value proposition to appropriate audiences through memorable and engaging experiences
Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners to align on goals
Execute organized high-impact events through self-directed management of complex event logistics and budgets
Process and detail attentiveness to manage multiple events simultaneously and navigate changing timelines and on-site challenges
Proactive use of lead data feedback and ROI analysis to refine event strategy and enhance results over time.
