Calibration Program Manager:
Job Description:
- Lead management and report-out of Calibration Activities (Project management) on several Propulsion Systems Programs.
Requirements:
- BS in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical Automotive)
- Self-Starter
- Ability to lead cross functional teams
- Ability to set stretch goals create/sustain energy and drive results
- Drives change where necessary to bring projects to fruition
- Ability to communicate effectively to senior management
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and results orientation
- Exhibit strong intellect sound judgment and strategic thinking
- Supports and promotes team above self interest
- Process oriented
- Strong computer skills (including PowerPoint Excel and MS Project)
Additional Must Haves:
- BS in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical Automotive)
- Strong Program Management skills
- Experience with automotive OEM or supplier with relevant expertise described above (under Job requirements)
- 3-5 years of experience
- Location: CTC - Minimum 70% onsite / 30% remote
- No Driving is required
