Job Description
- Management experience with a track record of leading mentoring and scaling a high-performing operations team across global timezones providing 24x7 coverage
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and in fast-moving highly sensitive situations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and compelling manner
- Proficiency with Splunk
- Experience negotiating with and managing external vendors and partners
- Willingness to collaborate with team members in other time zones including periodic availability during India Standard Time operating hours
- Skill in dealing with diverse cross-functional environments that include Operations Product Support Engineering Policy and Legal teams
- Experience with tools such as SQL Tableau and Spark
- Ability to lead proactive and pragmatic efforts in addressing attacks and threats
- Solid understanding of anti-abuse policy enforcement for online platforms and services
