Job Description

About the Role:
Located in Canning Vale WA reporting to the Project Engineer the Site Engineer will be responsible for driving the delivery of the N2P program of work with a focus on; time delivery safety quality issue resolution and efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer Ventia Proprietary work management system to update the program
- Issue ticket of work to subcontractor base
- Daily follow up with subcontractors field managers and area supervisors
- Brief field supervisors through regular correspondence and meetings to prioritise field activities
- Validate design and survey plans to ensure construction viability
- Validate BOMBOQ to ensure accurate construction and materials
- Coordinate redesign and survey
- Coordinate adjusted material requirements
- Prepare program status reports
- Prepare subcontractor schedules
About You
- Familiar with the use of corporate business systems to manage tickets of work
- Ability to interpret engineering and survey drawings
- Ability to interface with subcontractors and clients to ensure delivery compliance
- Ability to bring strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
