Position Overview
Reporting directly to the quality coordinator our future quality engineer will have as main missions :
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet their expectation in terms of quality certifications and reactivity within the delivery plan.
- Ensure deployment of quality indicators and targets in manufacturing area.
- Participate in CI activities
Key Skills :
- Analyze customer claims and internal quality issues (8D Ishikawa 5Whys..)
- Ensure implementation of control plan/quality system
- Management of Comptrollers and Technicians Teams Quality
- Implementation of engineering changes on individual projects
- Implementation of action plans in response to quality defects
- Overtime management of Quality Controllers and Technicians.
- Ensuring the organization of workstations within the workshop
- Define and track quality commitments.
- Pilot repair processes according to the retouching procedure
- Ensure quality monitoring of prototypes.
- Conducts periodic audits
- Anime and participates in the Quality Improvement Groups.
- Check whether the quality instructions displayed correspond to the workstation and that the visual aids are in good condition
- Monitoring of quality indicators such as IPPM DPPM
- Comply with health safety and environmental rules according to the seven key elements and ISO 14001.
QUALITY SYSTEM AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively collaborate with all functions to achieve/maintain the following certifications: IATF 16949. ISO 9001-2015
To be successful for this role:
- Minimum Bac5 with experience in the automotive wiring industry
- Team management skills
- Mastery of problem-solving methodology 8D.
- Good level of communication
- Mastery of the English language
