This is a full academic year position.
Expected hours of work per week: 7hours per shift
Work Location & Hours: Probasco; 5pm overnight to 9am

Expected Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be warm and hospitable in every context and interaction.
- Be excited about what is happening on the Covenant College campus and committed to the motto and vision of Covenant College.
- Always remember that this is an assigned work position and Covenant is trusting you to make a positive impression on these prospective students.
- Maintain a positive attitude and use language that cultivates a positive image of Covenant College and its community.
- Be available to host students 1-2 nights per week (Monday-Thursday) when classes are in session and occasional weekends.
- Be available to host students for all Admissions overnight events (2 Fall sneakPEAKs 2 Spring Scholarship Weekends 1 Spring Admitted Students Day)
- When hosting have dinner in the Great Hall with every student you host and be present with your student for the remainder of the evening and the following morning until they leave or begin their Admissions visit. Introduce your guest to your friends and invite them to participate in a hall or campus activity. Do not take your guest off campus.
- Read and promptly respond to all emails texts and calendar invites from Admissions.
- Communicate openly with your roommate(s) your hallmates your RA and your RD (as appropriate) about your hosting responsibilities and your schedule.
