About The Opportunity
Join our Customer Service Desk team as an IT Support Specialist providing world-class support to Micromine clients across our full product this client-facing role youll deliver technical solutions via phone email and remote desktop helping clients maximise the value of our software.
- Provide support for clients with active maintenance agreements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across operating systems networks applications and virtualised environments.
- Document support cases and maintain accurate records in the support management system.
- Escalate complex or critical issues to specialist teams and assist with root cause analysis.
- Verify and document software bugs liaising with product development teams to deliver solutions.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and support process improvements.
About You
You are a self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional client support. Youll also bring:
- A few years of experience in IT support or technical support ideally with customer-facing responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A generalist IT background (Operating Systems Enterprise Systems Networks Applications Virtualisation).
- Ability to work independently and build strong client relationships.
- Nice to haves include a Tertiary IT qualification ITIL exposure and familiarity with Windows Server SQL and virtualised environments.
