Job Description:
This Program Manager will lead and coordinate large complex programs across multiple IT and/or business departments. Youll be responsible for planning executing and finalizing projects to meet tight deadlines and budgets working across internal teams vendors and contractors. This role is ideal for someone with deep hospitality industry experience and strong program governance skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and manage cross-functional program-level roadmaps and plans
- Define scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks across interdependent workstreams
- Facilitate meetings with diverse teams on complex topics
- Provide high-level communication and status reporting to senior leadership
- Monitor project financials and suggest budget adjustments
- Resolve conflicts and constraints across multiple projects
Required Skills:
- 7 years of experience in project/program management
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery for IT projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experienced in hospitality industry environments
- Familiar with project management tools (Smartsheet preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Bachelors degree in CIS Project Management or related field
- PMP certification
- Experience working with Hyatt or similar hospitality enterprise
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication
