Job Title: UAT/Test Lead - ERP Integration (50% Onsite)
Location: Tallahassee FL
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
This role supports a large-scale ERP system replacement project for a public sector client. The project involves replacing a legacy system used across multiple agencies with a centralized ERP solution requiring coordinated testing stakeholder alignment and validation across diverse systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy planning and execution for ERP system integration.
- Collaborate with multiple entities and stakeholders to validate that integrations meet agency-specific statutory and functional requirements.
- Work closely with functional teams and business system owners to develop end-to-end test plans.
- Coordinate cross-agency testing efforts to ensure efficient and non-redundant validation of core business processes.
- Facilitate communication between business technical teams and leadership throughout testing phases.
- Provide timely reporting using JIRA TestRail or similar platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in QA and UAT including 3 years on large ERP or financial system transitions.
- Demonstrated experience supporting federal state or local government entities.
- Experience evaluating and supporting testing needs for multiple integrating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with leadership and technical teams.
