Position: Senior Risk Analyst

Join a dynamic Resiliency Planning and Testing Team supporting enterprise-wide business continuity and disaster recovery efforts. This role emphasizes the integration of Third-Party Resiliency Risk assessments into planning and testing processes with a focus on critical external relationships including suppliers counterparties servicers and sellers. The ideal candidate will assess Third and Fourth Parties as related to Business and Technical Resiliency Plan Third Party dependencies evaluating planning and testing documentation with a strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the review and validation of Business and Technical Resiliency Plans (TRPs) ensuring they adequately address third-party dependencies and risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct Third Party Resiliency Risk assessments to evaluate the continuity and recovery capabilities of external entities such as suppliers counterparties servicers and sellers.
- Analyze and assess testing documentation and evidence identifying gaps or deficiencies related to third-party risk and overall resiliency posture.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party contacts to ensure alignment with resiliency standards contractual obligations and regulatory expectations.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of resiliency testing frameworks that incorporate third-party risk scenarios and interdependencies.
- Provide data analysis and reporting on plan reviews testing outcomes and third-party risk metrics.
- Maintain documentation and tracking in tools such as Archer Fusion Risk Management and Microsoft Office 365.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in business continuity disaster recovery and third-party resiliency risk preferably within the financial services industry.
- Foundational understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and its application to resiliency planning regarding suppliers counterparties servicers and sellers.
- Ability to critically analyze documentation and testing evidence especially as it relates to third-party dependencies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings clearly.
- Proficiency in data analysis reporting and issue tracking.
- Tools: Jira Microsoft Teams Microsoft Office 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Desired Experiences:
- Experience with Fusion Risk Management Archer or similar GRC/resiliency platforms.
- Familiarity with third-party risk frameworks (e.g. NIST FFIEC ISO 22301).
- CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) or equivalent certification.
