Are you a Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Real-Time customer experience journeys experienced in leveraging leading platforms to deliver personalized digital experiences The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven customer engagement and excels at bridging business needs with technical capabilities to enable contextual messaging across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities:
Support the product roadmap for customer experience and journey with a focus on driving real-time context-aware digital experiences.
Collaborate with existing Product Managers on the internal Suite project to re-platform their food/beverage ordering system that guests and operational staff in the Luxury Suite use across web app and POS devices.
Collaborate with Product Managers to define features stories and acceptance criteria for a next-generation Suites Ordering system.
Understand food and beverage processes.
Define end-to-end flows.
Ensure accurate execution and user acceptance testing of the solution.
Required Qualifications:
Experience as Product Manager Product Owner Business Analyst in a food and beverage environment (restaurant food/beverage catering etc) is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Commerce is a must.
Experience with KDS (Kitchen Display System) in food/beverage is helpful.
Must have omnichannel experience (web app handheld POS POS kiosks others).
Quickly learn the business and roadmap for the year and hit the ground running.

Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
