Job Description
Job Title: Senior Salesforce Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Term: W2 Only
Experience: 8 Years
Interviews: 2 Rounds Virtual
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex LWC and declarative features.
Provide technical leadership in architecture decisions best practices and code reviews.
Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions aligned with Salesforce platform capabilities.
Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs middleware and external data sources.
Mentor junior developers and drive high code quality through unit testing and performance optimization.
Job Duties:
Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components and Apex classes.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado or Gearset.
Own and maintain data model permission sets roles and platform security.
Conduct impact analysis and implement scalable architecture patterns.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product QA DevOps) to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Required Skill Sets:
8 years of Salesforce platform development experience.
Proficient in Apex SOQL LWC and API integrations.
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
Strong understanding of governor limits data modeling and security.
Desired Skill Sets:
Experience with Salesforce CPQ Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum JIRA and DevOps tooling.
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and SSO.
