Job Description

As a Commercial Tenant Services Coordinator you will work as a part of a dynamic collaborative onsite team assisting in the management of a Class A portfolio. You would support the administrative functions of the Property Management Team assuring a high level of professionalism in property issues.

  • Provide full office and administrative support including receptionist and phone support filing scheduling ordering supplies and creating and distributing property correspondence
  • Assist in lease administration activities including tracking and auditing tenant contracts and insurance certificates generating reports and maintaining a follow-up system for expirations
  • Process recurring invoices for Property Manager approval.
  • Maintain property tenant and vendor contact listings
  • Maintain property work order system and dispatch tenant service requests to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain vendor certificates of insurance
  • Coordinate conference room reservations
  • Manage building card access requests
  • Monitor follow up and collect tenant rent and delinquencies
  • Coordinate tenant orientation move-in/move-out process and building access
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly management reports as well as annual budget preparation
  • Coordinate tenant events

What will you need

  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • Experience working in property administration on a commercial property setting
  • Interpersonal skills that project a positive first impression for the office
  • Proficient in accounting software (Yardi software preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced with Microsoft Office suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented

  • 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company you will be eligible per birth adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth adoption or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
