Join Pure Storages Global Partner Marketing Organization (GPMO)! We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Partner Engagement Coordinator to lead the execution of our most critical communication channels with partnersspanning email newsletters webinars web and social this role youll play a vital part in ensuring our global partners receive timely consistent and impactful messaging that drives engagement and supports our go-to-market priorities. SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
As the Global Partner Engagement Coordinator youll be instrumental in the flawless execution and optimization of our partner communication channels:
- Lead Partner Communication Channels: Own and manage all key communication vehicles used to engage our global partner ecosystem. This includes end-to-end execution of monthly newsletters web updates and email announcements. Oversee content intake and planning brand alignment stakeholder approvals and targeted distribution to ensure clear consistent and timely messaging across platforms.
- Drive Webinar Excellence: Lead the logistical execution of partner webinars (business technical and GSI-focused). Youll manage scheduling speaker coordination invitations registrations and all related communications to deliver a seamless on-brand experience that maximizes partner engagement and knowledge transfer.
- Amplify Pures Partner Voice on Social Media: Collaborate with Pures social media team to publish and amplify partner-facing messages weekly across social platforms. Youll schedule posts and support campaign-level social amplification efforts contributing to increased partner visibility and interaction across key platforms.
- Optimize Communication Effectiveness: Monitor engagement and performance indicators across all communication vehicles translating metrics into actionable insights for continuous improvement. Youll also support additional partner communications by ensuring consistency in messaging across all partner-facing touchpoints and geographies.
WHAT YOULL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
You are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of B2B marketing communication execution.
- Exceptional Execution & Project Management: You possess strong project management skills and an unwavering attention to detail capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Marketing Technology Proficiency: You have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo HubSpot) webinar platforms (e.g. Zoom) and social scheduling tools.
- Clear & Concise Communication: You excel at writing clearly concisely and compellingly with the ability to adapt messaging for various channels and partner personas.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Youre comfortable analyzing engagement data to inform content and channel strategies continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the office in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$90000 - $168000 USD
