As an HR Generalist Advisor you are the face of the Atlanta office and first line HR support to employees addressing complex HR queries managing employee relations issues and guiding employees through HR policies and procedures. This role serves as a trusted resource within the company offering employees knowledgeable advice and fostering a supportive workplace environment.
You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees seeking guidance on complex HR topics workplace issues and company policies.
Manage employee relations matters including assisting with conflict resolution performance discussions and sensitive workplace topics.
Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures ensuring understanding and compliance across the organization.
Conduct investigations and assist in the resolution of employee grievances disciplinary actions and escalated queries.
Collaborate with HR leaders to improve policies and practices contributing insights from frontline interactions with employees.
Maintain and update HR documentation and policies ensuring they are current accessible and aligned with regulatory and organizational standards.
Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement culture and retention by providing feedback and implementing programmers at the team level.
Promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace as it aligns with our HR priorities to enhance the companys as an employer of choice.
Manage HR systems or tools as Workday SAP and SuccessFactors that are critical for day-to-day operations
Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as an applicants skills performance job responsibilities prior relevant experience certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.

In addition to base compensation individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
