We are seeking an experienced Sales Finance Business Partner to join our Petcare team. As a Sales Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for providing financial analysis insights and support to drive business growth and profitability. You will work closely with sales teams business leaders and finance stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the companys goals.

Role Specifications

1. Financial Analysis and Planning:
   • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
   • Conduct regular forecasting and budgeting activities
   • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement
2. Business Partnering:
   • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.
   • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
   • Work closely with business leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities
3. Financial Reporting and Metrics:
   • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders
   • Track and report on key financial metrics including sales growth margin and profitability
4. Stakeholder Management:
   • Develop and maintain relationships with sales teams business leaders and finance stakeholders.
   • Communicate financial performance and strategy to stakeholders
     

Who are we looking for

Education:Chartered accountant

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with experience in business partnering or a similar role

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel and financial modeling software
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles
