Vehicle Personalization Specialist - Accessory Service Advisor
Brooksville Ford is searching for a Personalization Specialist to join our fast growing team! The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of automotive accessories be able to work with customers to determine their needs and wants when it comes to customizing their new or pre-owned vehicle.
Responsibilities include specifying all parts & labor needed to complete the installation of accessory parts and performance upgrades to new and used cars and trucks during the purchase process along with allocating the parts andscheduling the installations. You will also assist walk in customers that are inquiring about accessorizing their existing vehicle.
Candidate will work directly for the service department. This is a commission based job you get paid on the parts and labor gross you sell and what the customer has installed by the service department. Secondary duties include greeting service customers and writing service repair orders. CDK experience helpful but not required we can train you on our computer system.
We sell over 2000 new and used vehicles per year and are consistently one of the Tampa areas highest volume sales departments! Your ability to sell parts accessories and performance products are endless. Our service department is staffed with everything needed to be successful in this role all we need is you!
